Personalized Reflection Sessions
Beyond Stillness and the guest meet weekly for an average of seven weeks via Zoom for a guided, reflective conversation to frame the guest’s unique recovery experiences through the lens of wisdom, purpose, connection, and hope. In the process, the guest shares specific memories and articulates ways those memories helped them learn life lessons and meaningfully shifted their life perspective. Ultimately, Beyond Stillness and the guest craft a written story that is then read on recording day.
